I was wanting a tummy tuck to fix my tummy after a number of medical issues left me with a tummy that I was disgusted about when I came across a hospital near me that could do this procedure & so I contacted them & they booked me a consultation straight away with a surgeon called Miss Prousskaia. My first meeting with Miss Prousskaia was great, she had a very warm welcoming presence about her which made it a very relaxing environment & made it easy to talk to her about the issues I had with my body which were hard for me to talk about, especially to a stranger but talking to Miss Prousskaia was great. The warm welcome was something that Miss Prousskaia continued to give every time I saw her, before & after surgery. She understood how I felt about my body & went above and beyond to help me when no one else would. She listened to me & explained everything I needed to know in great detail & was completely honest about the operation & my recovery & what she expected of me to do in preparation for surgery & also my recovery. Everything was explained to me step by step & it all happened exactly as Miss Prousskaia promised me it would. The process from start to finish was made simple & everything was arranged to suite me. If I had any concerns, worries or questions all I had to do was send a email to Miss Prousskaia & she would get back to me even if she was in surgery at the time. I have had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to doctors & surgery & Miss Prousskaia has shown me that there is hope out there for people like me who no one would help or even take the time to listen to. Miss Prousskaia has changed not only my body for the better but my life too & also my kids life, they have a happy mummy again & a tummy to be proud of. If I ever need more surgery in the future I would definitely ask Miss Prousskaia to do it. Miss Prousskaia for me has made my dreams a reality, I was told no one would fix me & that is exactly what she did. I will always be grateful for her work but also her care & understanding, she is a very talented & special lady.

What a sweetie Elena is. She put me totally at ease during my consultation explaining everything in detail, and discussed my expectations. As I'm 61 I did consider I was possibly too old for this procedure but after a lot of soul searching I deicded to opt for surgery. I thought I was in for a rough 6 weeks post op, but was presently surprised that I had no pain, just slight discomfort. Elena had developed a way of injecting a low release pain killer and it works. The only downside is having to wear a compression garment for 6 weeks which can be pretty uncomfortable, but totally worth it. The results are far better than I could have hoped for. I have a waist for the first time and I cannot stop smiling. It's given me so much confidence, I wish I'd done it sooner. Elena is a remarkable lady, who I cannot thank enough.

My daughter was born with a severe congenital deformity called tuberous breasts. I knew she was unhappy about her breasts, but I didn't realise how bad they were until she showed me a pic (she would never let anyone see her actual breasts) one day. She broke down crying and said that she felt like a freak. To hear your daughter say this is heart breaking. I reassured her that if she wanted surgery, we would look into finding a surgeon, but we couldn't rush into it. This was harder than I thought. There are so many surgeons out there, who the hell can you actually trust to operate on your daughter? We did our research and saw a few surgeons that gave conflicting advice until finally choosing Elena Prousskaia. We had the 1st consultation and as other reviewers have mentioned, Elena is so professional, warm and friendly. My 20 year old daughter was immediately put at ease and we didn't once feel rushed. She examined my daughter's breast, measured them meticulously & took photos. She took her time and explained exactly how she could correct her breasts, showed photos of past surgeries and told my daughter the options available for corrective surgery and explained thoroughly what the surgery would involve. We returned for a 2nd consultation. Rather than be apprehensive, my daughter was excited to see Elena again. It was decided that for the best possible results, she would need a reduction in one breast, & in both breasts, an uplift, an enlargement to a full B cup and a reduction in her areolas (large areolas are common with this condition). Because her frame is so tiny and the condition was severe, anything larger would not be possible and would be out of proportion for her frame. Elena did mention that she would take 4 slightly different size implants into surgery and decide what would suit her best during the op. Again, measurements were taken followed by more photos of her condition. My daughter received detailed paperwork in the post and was told to bring it along during her second consultation. She read everything through with my daughter, word for word, continually asking if she understood and if she had any questions. Elena was realistic and said that that she would do the best surgery possible and her breasts would look great, but because of my daughter's condition and how severe it was, she may not get absolute perfection with the reconstruction and she needed to make her aware. The only question my daughter had by now was, when could she have the op done? Fast forward to the day of the op. Elena came along to see my daughter morning of the surgery and reassured her that she would do the best job possible. I waited anxiously and received a call from Elena later in the day. The surgery took over 4 hours in total, as it was so involved, but she told me that "she was extremely happy with the result and the surgery went even better than expected." She also said, "my daughter now had a lovely pair of boobies." I saw my daughter later that day and as expected with the amount of surgery, she was in pain, but nothing too unbearable because Elena injected an anaesthetic into the area during surgery which wears off over the week. She kept taking her pain relief as stressed to do so by Elena prior to the op, so the pain was manageable. It is exactly 2 months since her surgery and my daughter has been for follow-up appointments to see Elena. The surgery has been so successful, my daughter's breasts are absolutely perfect and natural looking. Elena even mentioned that she didn't need to wear her post op bra anymore - hurray! We honestly didn't expect the result she has. The scarring resulting from surgery is so minimal, smooth and neat, we are astounded and Elena is also so pleased. My daughter has given Elena permission to use her before and after pics on her website if she would like to. My daughter's personality has completely transformed. She is now so happy, vivacious and confident. She can wear the tops and bikinis she wants to now without feeling like 'a freak.' She can also go out without wearing a bra because she is so perky - I wish I could! I cannot praise or recommend Elena enough. She transformed my daughter not only on the outside , but on the inside also. She is a genius in her field and in the words of my daughter, "she is the most amazing woman." (after her mum of course!).

Elena has performed breast reconstruction on myself following cancer. She is the most conscientious and skilled Dr I have met. She is direct and ensures you understand everything. Following her brilliant surgery she is dedicated to your after care to the level I have never seen before. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has made me feel me again.
